So over the weekend, I made an Apple Cobbler with a Cake Batter Crust. Just experimenting really. It went extremely well. Almost too well. Now, I have to make it for the family all the time. It's perplexing but extremely enjoyable to have people around you that not only love you but love your work. I think they love my work too much. But its fun. I'll do the BBQ all spring long so lets see how they enjoy that. And Picnics in the park. Fun times are here...
